DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.

If your products were damaged during shipment, please contact us with images of your damaged product(s) at info@officiallybald.com. We will immediately address the issue with a replacement. Please do not attempt to return your damaged items. 


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
